OWT is a brand new team; it stands for Organization and Workforce Transformation. The pay for both is around 16k + overtime.

Go with Accenture if there’s no pay diff. If there is one, negotiate and if you can’t get it go after S&.

accenture strategy is diff from the rest of Accenture even if they brought in the MC - I’ve heard it’s a good group and it’s in line with t2 strat firms. I think it’s better than S& OWT unless you want to work in human capital down the line...And like the use above I question the strength of the OWT team or vertical. S& is def strong in deals but not sure about OWT

in general S& is more vertically focused than other firms so I think Accenture Strat will give you opportunities to be more of a generalist as well and you want to have the option to explore in your internship.

 

Pay is certainly better at S& (especially after promotion, where it's 160s base vs. 120s base), but I can imagine doing continuous "spans and layers" analysis and cost-cutting work can be grating... Ask yourself how long you'd want to stay in consulting, and what sorts of work you'd want to exposed to.
