From what I have seen and heard RC is more like audit than it is actual consulting

From what I know, there are 2 groups in PwC Tech, SPA (IT controls and the like) and Risk assurance which lies within IT Governance and IT Compliance. I guess risk consulting would be into their MC branch and is more related to KRIs and their management
