From what I have seen and heard RC is more like audit than it is actual consulting
Hm that's unfortunate. Then what is the difference between risk assurance than risk consulting then?

From what I know, there are 2 groups in PwC Tech, SPA (IT controls and the like) and Risk assurance which lies within IT Governance and IT Compliance. I guess risk consulting would be into their MC branch and is more related to KRIs and their management
