Air Force enlisted who will be getting out in the next year. Need some Advice

As the title says I am currently an Enlisted Senior Airmen (E-4) in the Air Force...sorry no Academy grad or highly decorated officer. I am in the final year of my contract and am trying to decide on what my career options are. I have spent countless hours going through all the consulting threads but none are like my current situation. As far as education goes I have obtained my Associates in Business Admin with a 4.0 GPA and also my Community College of the Air Force degree in Avionics Technology (idk if that would help). I haven't started my bachelor's because the state I am in there are no decent schools and I do not want to do any online schooling because I will be missing out on valuable networking opportunities/internships. Because I am not an officer I don't know if my military experience is even valuable to certain companies. My high school GPA was a 3.6 and my SAT score was in the 1900-2000 range. I would love to get into consulting I just don't know where to start or what schools I should even apply to with my academic standing. The prestige of the company I work for isn't important I would like to just have a stable career so I can support my wife and I and our kids. Any advice you guys can give would be awesome. Thanks!
