AlixPartners RX
There's plenty of info on here about FTI / A&M RX in the sense of what they do and what they excel in, culture, (exits?), reputation as of 2025, comp and so forth. Alix has popped up here and there but based on what's seen on here, it's still a relative data void.
Anyone got any insights on the firm in regards to the above points? When talking about debtor side mandates, not creditor, is Alix more debtor than FTI, but less than A&M, or is it on the same level as A&M, and why should someone choose them over A&M as a place to work at?
Extra brownie points if anyone's got any idea of what the interview process is like (questions etc) :)
Thanks in advance.

Top crust, Alix + A&M pay about the same and are the top dogs imo. They’re the 2 debtor powerhouses. Leans more turnaround management these days as they push deeper into PEPI. A&M also competes there.
Culturally, Alix more family friendly and A&M is work hard play hard with big dog personalities. Can’t go wrong btw them
Does anyone know the comp range for RX SVP?
