I am very close to receiving an offer from A&M as an Analyst in the London office, working across the Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) & Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) teams.
Does anyone have any idea / opinions about: - Growth prospects at A&M? - A&M’s reputation? - Salary & Bonus?
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have any inclination of what salary should be like in London for the Analyst level? I'm hesitant to discuss this until I receive an offer, of course.
AM 2nd year analyst in PE tech*group can expect 110k all in.
I can confirm this to be true. Recently received a FT offer for their consulting practice. 1st yr Consultant level, and was roughly 120k all in
London? Or USA?
Damn, that's a lot more than I thought A&M would be paying.
Location is for one of the USA offices. When interviewing, the Directors I spoke with put an emphasis on their bonus structure. Stating it can be upward of 40% of base pay. I'm sure this is throughout most of their larger business practices (PEPI, RX, CO).

I can confirm this for Europe as well. All in comp for A&M would be much higher than MBB across most seniority levels. In a great year you can get a bonus 2x your annual salary.
Any datapoints on salary and bonus at Associate level?
Currently work in PEPI at A&M US.
TC Range for an associate is around $150-180k depending on utilization and performance.
