I am evaluating two offers and having a tough time deciding.
Offer 1: A&M PEPI (Joining Bonus 35K, Base 150K, Guaranteed bonus $55K for 2 years, higher bonus potential as billables are tied to bonus)
Offer 2: EY-Parthenon DealTech (Joining Bonus 10K, Base 205K, ~10% base+bonus increase every year)
I think both companies are giving great TC. Need help in evaluating the type of work I'll get to to do, future exit opportunities, career progression, TC progression, WLB and company culture.

With those base salary figures, I'm guessing M/SM level.
isn't parthenon deal tech just implementations and IT shit?
these are pretty different roles, if i'm not mistaken? one is rx consulting and the other is tech implementation? In this case, I'd go with A&M - seems like the potential for a lucrative PE operating role exit is there. I've heard good stuff about company culture at A&M, not so much at EY-P (mixed bag depending on team)
Rx consulting is done by the "Restructuring and Turnaround" team at A&M, whereas A&M PEPI is closer to the PE client work that MBB does.
I agree with what you've said though, I would definitely take PEPI.
