Am I being low balled? What is the going rate for right out of undergrad human capital analysts?
Just got an offer from a HC consulting firm, they said the range was 60-80k
Base:70k
relocation:5k
no signing
annaul: 10%
is this normal for HC firms? what are the numbers like at like Deloitte and TW?
all the numbers i can find from online sources seem to be pretty vague. any help appreciated. thanks
That's in the ballpark for an MBB offer. Why would you think that's a lowball offer?
I feel like you should know what the going rate is if you're going to be working as a human capital analyst. It's kinda like what you do..
That made me chuckle, well done. +1
haha good point^
would it be too much to ask for 80k? (aim would be 75k)
i have a final round with a top 3 economic consulting firm....they're not going to beat this number right?
You are being paid better than most HR analysts/consultants out of undergrad.
This. 70k base is a solid number.
Range is 60-80k, you got 70k + 7k (10%) bonus, is that not good enough for you?
That sounds pretty damn good for your first job out of college.
That seems like a shit load. Are you a Human Capital Analyst where slavery is legal and human's are a traded commodity? Cus in that Case you'd be like a trader.
