Core team that started the firm was mostly ex-FTI. Decent strength in their RX bench.
I think they are fairly competitive in RX in the NYC market for middle market. I only really saw them on a couple of cases. Hard thing to gauge though because a lot of RX deals don’t make it into the league tables because they are confidential, especially MM. I didn’t compete against them directly on any engagements.
Additionally, firm has grown rapidly by acquisition and have expanded their litigation consulting capabilities significantly. Navigant carve out in particular was a major move for them.
My sense is the NY RX office would be a good place to be. Likely could move to an Alix/FTI/A&M after a stint there. The other practices and locations I just don’t know enough to have a good sense on.
