Approximate Turnover Rates
Hi - I'm wondering general/average turnover rates for MBB's at the Analyst and Associate levels? Ie: 1) Approximate turnover % after 2-3 years as an analyst (post undergrad) 2) Approximate turnover % after 2-3 years after coming in as an associate (post-MBA)
