Comparing Offers between AT Kearney and Accenture Strategy. How would you evaluate and pick between the two offers?
Main factors to consider :
1.) type of projects (strategy & growth preference), 2.) Culture and competitive position in industry 3.) Compensation
ATK: great people, seem to have some interesting projects, quick promotion schedule Offer: (75k base, 10k signing, up to 20% bonus)
ACN Strategy : very high starting pay, big firm, seem to have a wide variety of work Offer (85k base, 10k signing, up to 10-15% bonus

Before anyone can answer, you should ask yourself the following:
What is your 5-year plan? Do you want to stay in consulting or looking for exit opp? MBA?
Think about your answer and I'm sure you will steer yourself to the right answer.
Thanks! I don't think I am looking to stay in consulting past 3 years or so. Ideally I would want a firm to set me up for a top business school placement and strong exit opps. An ideal role after consulting would be working in strategy for a major sports league or big tech.
