Many of the top consulting firms have offices in Atlanta. MBB all have offices there and so do a decent amount of T2s (Kearney, LEK, OW, Strategy&, etc.)
Pretty sure OW’s office in Atlanta doesn’t do any strategy consulting (just their risk work).
