I was recently waitlisted after final round for the bain sf aci position. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what to do in this situation/have any knowledge on whether I should just treat this as a rejection or if there’s any chance I’ll get off the waitlist?

I've never heard of a waitlist option - was it a partner or a recruiter who made the call? I bet they will keep your application around through the second deadline. Also, does this mean they made calls for offers already?
it was a recruiter 😭 i had no idea either. they just said they wanted to keep a small group of interns on the waitlist and will notify us by 9/16 if they can give us a spot
I think it means they would wait to hear back from other people to accept offers first! Def not a rejection so don't feel bummed. How did you interview so early last week? I thought R2 started this Monday
i think they started doing final rounds last monday, my first round was p early around the week of 7/29 as well so i think they just had
2 weeks of candidate interviews for both rounds
