Baker Tilly Consulting - Thoughts/Reputation?

Hi all,

Asking for a friend weighing an offer who doesn't use these forums. Anyone know Baker Tilly's reputation in consulting -- understand it's a fairly large accounting firm that has this arm as well. Specifically the NYC/Chicago offices where headquartered, is pay for new grads / analysts close to or on par with Big 4? Experience wise, do they get mandates that will give analysts good exposure and development? Culture seem to be generally positive? Curious if anyone has worked here or knows reputationally and can help said friend understand what they are getting themselves into.
