As a reminder...if you are facing any mental health crisis - call emergency (911) or head to the nearest emergency room. They are there to help.
Good reminder but I would actually call or text 988 if you are having a mental health emergency unless you're looking for someone to come intervene in person before you kill yourself - 988 is specifically for mental health emergencies, and therefore likely to offer more skilled and compassionate support. They will also converse via text (SMS) if you prefer, and I think they have a web chat interface as well (Google Crisis Text Line)
