BCG Pymetrics test
Hello everyone. I received an invitation to perform pymetrics for BCG. I applied to ME office through an employee referral. I'm a BA at a small boutique and looking to transition into MBB.
I'm curious as I have thought that BCG's online assessment included a chatbot case and a potential test. I didn't know they did pymetrics honestly.
- Is this an extra step to the chatbot case test?
- How is the pymetrics performance assessed and what makes a terrible performance?
