A2 is 115 base, with a bump up to 145 9 months into the year (21 months of tenure in total), and then 190 for C1s (promo to post-MBA role)

Yes, historically the others will increase comp after one does since they're recruiting from the same talent pool

That looks like an unbelievably low amount of money.
Only 110k? The shop I work at; FTP (Financial Technology Partners) pays 140k, which is above street.

McK just sent an email out about base pay raise. New offer letter to come in the next few days. Likely matching!
McKinsey just bumped their base salary offers to 112K
Any news on the experienced hire McK base offers?
I could have faulty info here, but the previous base salary was 100k with a bonus of up to 30k correct? I just got an offer and the base is 112k with a bonus of up to 18k, so total comp has not changed if you get the bonus. Is this normal?
Yes, but bonus is never guarenteed, so at least you have 112k guarenteed now
Is Bain also going to bump?
They have no choice lol. Have to bump to 110+. Otherwise they can’t compete with mck and BCG and IBs
Is this US only? Do salary bumps normally translate across other geographies?

I heard from a friend that internship offers were adjusted, but none of us at Bain have heard anything from leadership.
