BCG Referral
How do referrals at BCG work? Does a referral guarantee you a first round? I was told by the person referring me to not apply online (I'm from a non-target) as they would be submitting my referral for the 2019 internship. Would appreciate any insights.
referrals don't guarantee you a first round unfortunately (you've still got to meet their exceptionally high GPA requirements, especially if you're from a non-target). I had a referral from a current Managing Partner who I worked with on a couple of projects outside his role at BCG and it didn't work.
