Best corporate strategy teams that hire out of undergrad?
Curious on what the best entry level strategy roles are for out of undergrad.In terms of comp, exit oops, prestige, etc.

Disney, think the team is called Corporate Strategy and Business Development (CSBD)
Yep! CSBD sits at the top of the organization, but a majority of their focus is M&A. In the mid-to-late-2000s, then-CEO Bob Iger split up the corporate strategy group (back then it was called strategic planning) into multiple groups that serve the individual business units. So Disney's Parks, Experiences, and Products division has its own corporate strategy group, Disney Streaming (Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu) has its own corporate strategy group, etc.
Are those other ones as good as the corp Strat biz dev team?
I've heard of Disney and Capital One mainly. I considered joining one of Disney's corporate strategy groups (not CSBD, a different one) but ended up siding with MBB. I think it's a great role if you plan to stay in that company's respective industry, but I felt that 1.) MBB preserves more optionality in case I didn't want to stay in media & entertainment, and 2.) MBB has a much more structured analyst program with more mentorship, training, and support.
Disney's corporate strategy groups are awesome though and I can definitely see myself re-recruiting in a few years.
CapOne & Disney and LinkedIn SOAR are great. Amex SPG also strong. Blackrock and MS (and a few other banks) also have corporate strategy teams though less well regarded than an IB position at those places. Beyond that, some companies (e.g., Visa) have rotational programs where you can do a rotation in corporate strategy.
