Best Division at GS/MS/JPM for Consulting?

Asking this for a friend. She's being contacted by a top BB for summer internship opportunities in 2016 but wants to recruit for consulting FT. Which divisions would give her the most applicable experience as she tries to recruit for consulting after a summer internship at GS/MS/JPM?

M&A would probably be good, but other than that I think an industry coverage group (TMT, Healthcare, etc.) would be better than a product group (ECM, LevFin, etc.) in terms of getting exposure to strategic-ish deals that will be more relevant to consulting work.

However, with any BB on their resume, if you have a good GPA and go to a target school, you are exceedingly likely to get an interview with MBB in my opinion regardless of the group.
