Probably SF, better WLB and interesting industry mix (tech, HC, consumer). I think their PE group started there so it should very much compete with Boston as said above.

Back in the day their Chicago office was top of the global employee survey rating, but don't know how that evolved.

Boston is probably a bit admin heavy and older on average with the senior functional heads (VP finance, IT, whatever) likely being based there.
