Big 4 Rx Consulting

Trying to understand how Rx consulting at the Big 4 accounting firms compares to FTI / Alix / A&M as well as the T2 and T3 Rx consulting shops. Are the types of engagements different? I know they have lots of conflicts of interest, and I’ve heard they do more work with municipalities. I read elsewhere on here that they do a lot of Ch 11, but I don’t see them on any of this big cases (excluding as a tax advisor). But if anyone can provide more perspective here, would be appreciated.
