Bridgewater Investment Associate vs. McKinsey BA

Which one is better in terms of long term opportunities? Not sure about staying in finance, so I am curious if that should be a factor as well. Have heard Bridgewater churn is quite high. Also not sure how useful the skills developed there are....it seems like the kind of place you only go to if you intend to stay for a long time. Is this correct?

BWater has a 2 year noncompete I believe. I would avoid.

OP wouldn't be able to work for other Hedge Funds but what else? Does that extend to Investment Banks, PE? If it's just Hedge Funds, I don't think it is that bad
