Can I break into consulting with my background?

undergrad t10

masters no name school, saved money, broke into tech

I just took my GMAT and got 95%+

Is that good enough to break in?

Also want to go something along the lines of political consulting. Not sure who to target form the big three for this. Would my GMAT score get me an interview, or do I have to go back to get an MBA?
