the amount of spam he posts about consulting cafe is getting excessive...he used to post only consulting cafe links but then added managementconsulted and other links to cover up his obvious connection.
and maybe "flexibleresources1" while you're at it.

easiest way to get someone blocked or content deleted is to flag the offending post - then an admin or mod will review it.
so any time you come across something like this, please just flag the post.
