Capital One Business Analyst vs Deloitte S&O Strategy Analyst?

Hi everyone,

Got both of these offers with deadlines in a couple of weeks. Salary+bonus is nearly identical, with Cap1 offering slightly higher. I'm aware worklife balance is not even comparable between these two.

I'm interested in getting into tech strategy and I should be focused on the tech side with Deloitte, so that is making me more inclined to lean that way. I'd like an M7 MBA in the next couple of years as well, and wondering which one would place better into that? Overall, if you were in my position as a senior in undergrad, which would you choose knowing what you know now?

Can you clarify the exit roles to tech? The people that I know that exited cap one usually only went into analytic roles in tech. I can back up the M7 placement though. A decent number of people go to M7 schools but b-school isn't paid for unless a VP uses his budget on you (this is what I heard don't know 100% is this is true).
