Capital One PM&A (BA) vs EY TAS-OTS Internship

Hi WSO, I currently have an internship offer for Capital One PM&A as well as EY TAS - OTS. I've read a bit about both of these positions and know that EY is rapidly growing in the OTS area. While I hear this is good for working with better clients, does the overall prestige get reduced? Also, Capital One seems to be a well-regarded firm and DC seems like a great place to be. If anyone has information about prestige, culture, or exit-ops, it would be extremely helpful! Thank you!
