uhhh if you want a top MBA, i think PM at capital one might be better than Deloitte S&O (S&O is amazing dont get me wrong, but you're competing against the hordes of MBB for HSW)
however the exists from S&O will be really good
just depends on what youre end goal here is

I'm currently a SC in Deloitte S&O and if it was up to me, I'd go for Cap 1. Like someone above mentioned, Deloitte is a great firm and I love it here, but more money and better hours just seems to seal the deal for me (especially as someone fresh out of college). Where you start matters a lot because that will set the bench mark for your future salaries to come. Taking Deloitte, will be essentially putting yourself 1-2 years behind as it would take that amount of time just to get to what you were getting paid at Cap 1.
Also, since you know the recruiter, you can ALWAYS use it to jump to S&O as a Consultant ($90-100k) after 1 year at Cap 1 instead of having to spend 2 years to go from BA to Consultant internally.

100% not feasible. You'd likely start where an average 2nd yr BA is. If you plan to switch I think it would be easier to switch from consulting to Cap 1.

Deloitte S&O because - consulting is a better experience given diversity of work / responsibilities - faster promotion track / pay bumps (eg 2 years later you make consultant with 20%+ bump) - you’ll learn more that can be applied to other jobs - more useful skills like pivot table - Deloitte S&O is a good feeder to MBA programs. Chances are you’d not get into Harvard from either places anyway but you can get into #4-15 easily with deloitte - Deloitte pays for MBA tuition if you come back - Easier to recruit post MBA for consulting / banking with Deloitte branding vs whatever technical product management you do for “credit card company” - pay at Deloitte might seem low but bonus will be higher and travel points / per firm are worth $10K+ post tax - consulting firms don’t hire industry experienced people that moves them forward. Most times you take a step back at a hire time and it takes even longer to get promoted. Eg after 1 year at cap1 either you’ll come in as a new analyst and/or take another 2 years to get promoted
Anyway, should be a simple choice. But kind of useless given you only know some HR person that might get you a first round at best and getting on offer from there + case interviews is a long way from there
