CEMS exchange at Cornell and working afterwords

Hi everyone!

I'm thinking of doing CEMS at Aalto and going to Cornell for exchange. I really want to start my career in strategy consulting either in Big4 or MBB in US but I cannot really afford doing full-time masters right away.

Decent GPA and great ECs during my Aalto bachelor's + some interning at Finnish companies. I might do MBA but would prefer landing myself somewhere first. We have pretty good offers for CEMS graduates to work at Big4s like Accenture or KPMG in Finland but I don't really want to stay here.

Anyone has experience with staying after exchange in US (Australia too) and getting decent job offers in consulting field? I'd also appreciate some advices about jump-starting a consulting career in US for EU internationals.
