Chances at top consulting internship?

I am a junior at the University of Florida double majoring in Finance and Economics with a minor in Accounting. I have a 3.8 GPA and both my major GPAs and my minor GPA are a 4.0. However I am not involved in many extracurricular activities and my only work experience is being a bookkeeper for my dads law firm because he needed help due to COVID. What are my chances at landing an interview at a top 3 consulting firm?

1. Change your WSO username from your actual name. Please do this asap. Anyone googling your username and university can find you on LI in two seconds.

2. Probably not great. You should be trying to get any internship you can for your junior year summer, and then recruit for full time. I know a very polished kid with similar academic performance from a somewhat better school who qualified for LGBTQ and had a boutique consulting internship on his resume already (well regarded even as a boutique) and he landed at big4 after trying very hard to land MBB for his junior year summer. It is noteworthy that he also fell short when he tried recruiting for senior year. It is very hard coming from a nontarget with no prior work experience.

3. It sounds like you've done well academically, but you have nothing on your resume that even hints at an interest in consulting. Also, you have no real internship experience in your first two summers. I would advise trying to land any offer in consulting at all as a good starting point. If you get an internship for next summer, then maybe you'll be a candidate for a solid boutique. MBB is out of the question based on what you've said.

Rest of your comment is great, but just to nitpick on this, T2 will be no easier for a non-target. It can be harder to get a first round interview since there are typically fewer slots to begin with and there's little need to consider candidates outside of core schools

OP I would check to see which companies recruit from your career fair and go from there for this year's internship
