Cold emailing Partners in the US - what to write?

I'm a consulting research analyst from a Big 4 firm (outside the US) trying to break into consulting within a particular industry (where I have research exp) in the US.

Since I've been out of a job for a little less than a year (due to some personal reasons, relocation to the US and time spent interviewing with other firms with bad luck), I am thinking of cold emailing Partners at Big 4 and other relevant firms.

Most of the posts here talk about contacting them for informational interviews/ career advice. However, I don't have that much time and need a more direct approach. Maybe email them asking about how my background would fit into their firm?

Any tips on how to go about this? Please help!!

Don't cold email a partner. They're way too busy. If you know someone who can get you in contact with one, great. But don't just randomly reach out, it's a bit desperate.

If you really want to reach out to partners, you're going to have to utilize your network to find some "warm" connections (i.e. 2nd degree) upon which you can certainly try to reach out.
