Commercial Real Estate Brokerage to MBB

Considering MBB after real estate.

Main questions would be the following:

1) Brand Name: Would the best option at this point be to try and find a commercial real estate analyst role or internship at either a bank or Big 4 accounting firm, then try to leverage that? What about trying to continue in sales at a larger brokerage like CBRE or JLL? Or is my best option to try and network my way into something completely unrelated to real estate but with a big name behind it?

2) MBA?

3) MBA/JD?

4) Is early 30s too late to enter consulting?

Thanks
