Consultanting independent member firm
Dear members
I am an owner of local consulting firm (audit, valuation, banking consulting, tax, accounting) in Asian small country. Our company is still small compare to the big 4 accounting firm in our country. But we really want to expand our business and hire some foreign consultant or specialist and improve our policy, business structure, human resource, strategy etc... Please advise for me following or above issues.
- How can i open independent member firm of world biggest accounting firms?
- How can i hire or find good staff ( foreign consultant)?
