Consultants as CEO/Management
Curious what the consultants here think.
True or false: consultants can be good as hires into top management (CEO/COO or a level down)
Posting this on the consulting board which probably means I can guess what the answer will be, so here’s the follow-up:
How does one identify those that have the potential to make the switch into management? And those that are a lost cause? At what level is there value and enough drive or mental flexibility and hunger for that change to go well?
