Consulting Company Required
I am looking for the best consulting companies that can helps me to build up a (Company System Structure) and/or (Recruiting Staff) so I can start my business.
Prefer ( Turkey / Egypt / Jordan ) if possible
Also if its possible to determine how usually this services take (cost & time : A range from - to ) ?
The scope and cost differs from project to project. Consulting projects are taken in two forms: the first is a public process where the potential client sends out a Request For Proposal (RFP) and Consulting firms then submit proposals as to how to tackle the project with the methodology, scope and deliverables outlined and the other, perhaps more relevant is a private process more common in boutique shops. This is when a partner or founder of the consulting shop has a connection to an executive or a series of executives at various firms and pitches the service in light of a recent event at the firm. This could be that a potential client has specified they plan to enter market X so the boutique shop says: “we see you want to enter market x, we helped a client enter market y and we can help design a plan for you to enter market x”.
In your case, it may be best to reach out to a boutique shop, their information is usually public ally available and you can create a market map through the use of Google (or a database software like CapIQ). Of course, if you have a friend or connection to a consulting firm, that’s often the best approach since the work may be considered probono or has a higher likelihood of being accepted.
With regard to the timeline, that depends heavily on the scope you want to cover. Based on the details of the deliverable, it could take two weeks to two months.
