Consulting Compensation?
I'm starting at L.E.K. in a few weeks, and got an email last night that they're adjusting the base salary from $77,000 to $80,000. I was wondering if anyone knows:
a) Why comp adjustments happen; b) What a comp adjustment indicates about the trajectory of the firm; c) How fast pay scales year-to-year at top-tier strategy shops for the average person
Thanks!
