Consulting Position Search Closing in on 2 Years

Title says it all, I'm approaching 2 years searching for a role in consulting. September of 2022 was the start of my last semester of school where I learned about the industry and grew a passion for it. In December of that year, I graduated from a non-target school in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a BBA, concentrations in marketing and operations management. I spent a few months continuing to network (messaging on LinkedIn and setting up calls) and applying to consulting roles and other jobs. Eventually, because rent was due, I took up a marketing position in March of 2023 and have worked it since. I continued networking/applying and earned some certificates to enhance my resume. After almost 2 years, I haven't been able to even land an interview. I understand that the industry has slowed down its hiring given the state of the economy, but I'm still left wondering if there's anything more I can be doing. I really have no preferences, MBB/B4/Boutique all sound great.
