Consulting Salaries in Bay Area?
Hey all. A recent alumni who's working finance for an F500 at which I'm going to be interning told me that his starting salary was "the same as consulting but without the bonus". I know this was in the Bay Area, so does anyone have any ideas on consulting salaries in the Bay Area. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
What level of consulting? Pre-MBA, Post-MBA, Manager, Director, Partner?
The bonus isn't much to write home about.

Anything between 50000-65000$...with a 5K sign on and from 0-5K bonus at end of the year...
Not true. Package for 07 was 60k, anywhere from 10-25k signon, ~10k year end. The 25k I'll admit is an outlier for a certain firm which does 10k signon, 5/10/15k relo depending on distance from offfice.
