Consulting Salary Disparity in Singapore
I've got a specific question to management consulting salaries in Singapore. I hear that there is a disparity in salary between M/B/B and other firms. Anyone has numbers on this?

I am a consultant in Singapore, and it is true that there is a slight disparity in salaries within MBB itself, as well as with other non-MBB firms.
For fresh undergrads: Associate (BCG) - SGD 70k + Bonus Associate Consultant (Bain) - SGD 90k + Bonus Business Analyst (McK) - SGD 65 / 70k + Bonus Consultant (Monitor) - SGD 80k + Bonus Note: The bonus components are different across these firms. BCG typically has a higher percentage compared to the other firms.
This changes for post-MBA hires, and it usually levels out - but I do not have hard numbers for that. Although, it is in the range of SGD 150-160k + Bonus.
Thanks for the info! The differences are larger than I expected, but I'm guessing maybe the bonuses might balance them out partially?
Bain pays pretty well, interesting.
