Consulting trends

Hi everyone, I’m a recent graduate from a target university and currently working at ACN.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the major trends shaping consulting today. Are firms currently more focused on areas like digital transformation, AI enablement, cost optimization, or M&A integration? And how do these trends influence the types of profiles that consulting firms are looking for — especially in terms of specialization versus generalist backgrounds?

Any insight would be super helpful as I plan the next steps in my career!
