Cool-off period after interview?

Good evening,

I am currently employed but I am looking forward to moving vertically. Although I am not aiming the MBB group I still plan on applying to jobs at RB, ATK, EY, and some smaller boutiques.

However, it's been two years I have not academically worked on a strategy case and thus don't feel fully prepared for this. I still want to get a better sense of what positions/companies I may have a shot at though and I would love to get a few screener phone interviews even if I get dinged. But how long will I have to wait in-between applications?
