Coping with the economy

This might not belong on WSO lol but had to seek some advice. On a more emotional note, is anyone else struggling with the fact that hiring has slimmed so severely? Been hard to cope with not even having a semblance of a shot with recruiting this year. Particularly for my seniors who aren't getting interviews
