D&A vs. Finance Management Consulting, where is the real money at?
Title really says it all. At my current firm, I was given access to a small sample of hourly rate data, and we charge more for D&A consulting than standard Management Consulting (finance, which is my background) services. Therefore, the salaries reflect this. Thinking about making a switch from Finance to D&A, as I have the right resources supporting me and a baseline level of technical knowledge. Not married to this idea, but I thought this would be an interesting discussion point. From a salary and job security standpoint, is this wise?
