DB Mgmt Consulting vs EYP

I recently received offers from DBMC (Deutsche Bank Management Consulting) and EY Parthenon, both in London. DBMC offers a better pay with a better title but obvisouly it won't be as "strategy" as EYP in any way. EYP only offers a lateral position at my current firm. Very new to consulting, any advice?

Personally I don't hate working long hours but definitely not a huge fan, neither. EYP works till midnight like everyday?

Exit opportunities-wise, EYP would def offer a better option but strategic positions within DB sound also very fun, especially I want to develop further inside the financial services industry.
