TC is above all else, maybe even marginally higher than MBB for a new grad, at least in Toronto. Prestige lacks, Culture haven't heard good things, same goes for WLB. Alpha is a niche firm, only doing AM and WM consulting. Exit opps / external mobility will find you confined within those industries. Sure, better than B4 as far as AM & WM consulting and TC goes as that's the only comparable thing here

 

Have a mutual friend that works there in the US. According to what she says, pay is definitely lower than MBB, and honestly probably lower than big 4 (Though not sure what big 4 pays these days). Culture seems good, but there's not much name recognition outside of its niche (wealth management). I'd take big 4 offer over them unless you like the idea of working at a more boutique/small firm or are very interested in the wealth management space.
