Deloitte BTA Offer- How to avoid certain service lines

I've been trying to find info on certain service lines but most of the threads have been about the differences between the two and not how to transfer/what skills they look for/ how Deloitte places you.

I spent my entire interview process harping on the fact that based on my skills (F100 tech strategy work, mobile app development experience, research in virtual reality for data visualization) that I would like to be in Deloitte Digital.

However I've read that you basically have no control over where you're placed, and a friend of mine had an experience where his recruiter told him that he would be 100% NOT placed in SAP, but upon starting that's where he ended up.

I was wondering if anyone had advice on avoiding certain service lines or leveraging other offers to guarantee me placement in a specific area? I'd do anything to end up somewhere that isn't SAP implementations.
