Hey guys, i applied to a coop position at Deloitte and landed an interview. however i am not a coop student at my school but i would take the semester (winter) off to work if I do get the position. Is there anything wrong with not saying I am a coop student in the application? There was no where to indicate that I am not in a coop program.

Co-op just specifies the length of the program and the involvement for firms. You'll be there for essentially a "semester's" worth of work. If the offer specifies anything differently, then just ask them. Any company would rather you be up front and honest then try to sneak around or hide the truth.
