I have some specific questions about how interviews are conducted for Deloitte's Human Capital practice. The email I received from the recruiter mentioned Programme Leadership. What is that exactly? Does that fall under Human Capital?
What is the structure of the interview? I understand that the cases are not at all like a strategy consulting case study. How are they different? Has anyone had any experience with that recently? Any case prep resources that deal specifically with these types of cases? Anything that is unique/specific to Financial Services Human Capital?
Any information regarding the general interview structure and the type of technical questions that get asked would be very helpful.
