Deloitte Human Capital Salaries

Hi,

I am new to this forum (and, really, this industry) and apologize for my lack of knowledge and if this has been asked in the past.

I'm considering accepting a job in Deloitte's Human Capital practice (not Federal) . I have 3 years of experience, and the offer is at the Consultant level.

What kind of year-end bonuses and raises does Deloitte give its Consultants. Does promotion to Senior Consultant in 1.5 years sound reasonable? What is the typical % raise given to a newly designated Senior Consultant upon promotion?

Is it common for these people to go to strong MBA schools? I could see that in my future.

I would have to move across the country for this opportunity, so I want to make sure this is the right choice.
