Hi. I recently accepted an offer with Deloittes M&A team, the work is going to be day one readiness, post merger integration as well as synergy analysis. From my conversation with the team it seems like there is good opportunity for pre-deal and post-deal work. However, I think the bulk of the projects might be post-deal. I am hoping to do a weekend MBA program one year into the gig (I know my life is going to suck). Any idea of what the exit ops may look like? I am interested in PE/IB.
