Deloitte M&A Generalist interview
Hello - I have an interview coming up with Deloitte in the M&A practice. I have done over 30 practice cases and plan to do some more. For a Sr. consultant role (I have an MBA, but no consulting experience), would the case interview focus on the financials mostly? As in, DCF, Valuation, comps. Go/No go etc. Will that be the crux of it? I have also done 1 divestiture case practice. Would welcome your advice. Thanks!
